You have chosen a program and now need the instructions on how to download the program? Have a look at our Download Guide. It contains the step-by-step directions that will help you to manage the process.

1. Go to the Download page. Go to the Download page and click the button against the program name you wish to download. The File Download window appeares.
2. Choose to 'Save' the program. When your download begins, you will be prompted to save the program to your computer. Click the "Save" button. Note: If you select "Open" in this step, problems may be encountered during installation. Be sure to select "Save".
3. Select the saving location. In the Save As window, you can select a location on your computer to save the download (My Documents or disc C:\Downloads). Click the Save button.
4. Wait while the program downloads. You will need to wait for about 5 minutes while the program is downloading. After saving process is completed close the dialog window and start installing the program.
