You bought a program at our site some time ago and now need the instructions on how to update the program? Have a look at our Update Guide. It contains the step-by-step directions that will help you to manage the process.

1. Go to the Download page. Go to the Download page and click the button against the program name you wish to download. The File Download window appeares.
2. Choose to 'Save' the program. When your download begins, you will be prompted to save the program to your computer. Click the "Save" button. Note: If you select "Open" in this step, problems may be encountered during installation. Be sure to select "Save".
3. Select the saving location. In the Save As window, you can select a location on your computer to save the download (My Documents or disc C:\Downloads). Click the Save button.
4. Wait while the program downloads. You will need to wait for about 5 minutes while the program is downloading. After saving process is completed close the dialog window and start installing the program.
5. Start the Installation. When your download is finished, simply double click on the file you downloaded (C:\Downloads\mp3producer.exe) to begin the installation. Click the Next button to proceed the Setup program.
6. License Agreement. Please read the following license agreement carefully. To install the program you need first to accept the license agreement (there is a check box on the left) and hit the Next button.
7. Choose the Destination Location. You can change the saving location and install the program to the folder you choose (click Browse...). If you want to install the program in the C:\Program Files\MP3Producer folder click Install.
8. Installation Completed. Setup has finished installing the program on your computer. Press Finish to launch the program.
9. Enter the Registration Info. Enter the registration info you used to unlock the previous version of the program into the corresponding fields on the nag-screen. If you don't remember your registration info contact us using the Contact Form having mentioned: Your first and last name Your current E-mail address (e.g. johnsmith@yahoo.com) The approximate date of registration Press the Unlock button to unlock the program.
